In the evening, we prayed silently at the cenotaph. I was searching on my smart phone to determine my next destination in the parking lot here. It was a police car that faded in, and I hadn’t been questioned in a while. When I told him why, he agreed. Since we’ve met, let’s talk. Ten years have passed since the disaster, and people from all over the country are being dispatched to watch over areas where it is difficult to return home. They had been dispatched from Fukushima City and Osaka. I felt as if I had met them because they looked like my friends from college, who were also from Osaka. We laughed at each other. He spoke for about 20 minutes about the current situation in the affected areas. I asked for a portrait but was turned down for professional reasons. I shook their hands and said goodbye to them.


夕刻、慰霊碑に黙祷を。次目的地を決める為、検索タイム。フェードインしてきたのはパトカー、久々の職質。理由を述べる、納得した様。せっかく出会えたのでお話しを。震災から10年経過したが帰宅困難地域警視に全国から派遣されていると。彼等は福島市と大阪から派遣されていた。大学の友人に似ていて会えたかの様だった、その友人も大阪出身だ。お互い笑い合った。20分程被災地の現状を話してくれた。ポートレートをお願いしたが職務上の理由で断られた。握手して別れを告げた。
