❛ well you do a pretty good job of keeping him out of trouble. ❜ she teases, knowing full well there’s a fair bit of truth to that statement. bucky’s impulsive to say the least and sam’s pragmatism provides some much needed balance. it’s the kind of partnership you only read about; they work. ❛ it has its ups and downs. on the bright side, i’m running missions and sparring with the likes of valkyrie. on the downside, i have to speak to eric o’grady. ❜ she shrugs, lips quirked into a playful smile.

A soft smile appears once again. she’s right. he’s kept buck out of trouble more than once, and honestly sam would be lying if said he didn’t enjoy it every now and then. They were like yin and yang, a perfect balance of serenity ( or somewhat so. ) ❛ 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮, you can handle more than steve, more than bucky, hell more than I could ever handle.
