there’s a petition going around right now calling for the montgomery, alabama board of education to rename three major predominantly black high schools named after confederate generals, and i’d really appreciate it if anyone could help out and sign it because they’ve been trying to get those schools to do something about it for years, but nothing’s ever happened and this is the most anyone’s ever talked about it. they only need about 5,000 more signatures to go!
