though she be but little

A whole year?! And here I thought doing a tour for eight months was a long time. Though, I guess when you're doing something you love it doesn't feel like a long time. I can't say I've seen it, but I'm pretty sure that's one of the shows my sister is obsessed with and keeps trying to get me to watch it when I have a break. I must say, the most exciting trip I've had was getting pulled out of bed in the middle of the night to go to Italy, though.

This is definitely not normal for a show! We usually do about six to eight months, but since it's the last one, we're pretty much creating a bunch of mini movies. A tour for eight months is definitely a long time! That's totally fair. It's not always for everyone, and I definitely get not getting around to it with the crazy amount of shows and films out there now. I appreciate how much your sister loves it though! An Italy trip on its own is exciting, but the extra chaos of being pulled out of bed just brings it to another level. Who whisked you away on this trip? Did you have the best time?

The best part of it all is that us true fall lovers get to continue the fall celebrations while Halloween is over. It's not the most cliche, I promise. Apple picking is always a good choice. That's so sweet that you deal with the raking for your dog's happiness. What's your dog's name? Oh, gosh, how do I even choose? I love just being out in nature with the season changing. A hike to see the leaves! But on the opposite end, nothing beats curling up with a pumpkin coffee and a fire, watching the fun Halloween classics.

sometimes it’s like life outside the set just vanishes. it’s got to be surreal going that deep into character for such a long time. things have been pretty busy here too. wrapped up rock in rio recently; performing there was unreal. now i'm here and there for a tour, it's been fun. i spent some time in NYC, and there’s always something going on there. are you finally getting some downtime?

It really does feel that way! Reminds me of sitting in a dark movie theatre for a while and then heading outside to the sunlight. That huge contrast. Performing and traveling all over the world sounds like a mix of excitement and exhaustion! Are you still touring or have things calmed down for you? We'll be filming until the new year. They're hoping to finish up a little bit earlier, but I'm expecting to be here the whole time.

I have to admit I've been the worst this year and don't really have much planned! I usually love to do the whole dressing up thing, and typically go to a party, but things have been different this year with spending most of my time on set. Do you know what you're dressing up as? I'm wondering how many of the same, pop culture costumes we'll be seeing. A shit ton of Beetlejuice characters and maybe Elphaba and Glinda from Wicked. It's always interesting to see what people go for! Even though I celebrate Halloween, I have to admit I'm looking forward to Christmas the most. It just has the best overall feeling to it, you know? Everyone's a little bit more festive.

The children are spending some time with my father and stepmother, so I'm making the most of having some spare time. Seeing friends, heading out and forgetting about things that have been going on. Can't sit around feeling sorry for myself. Although...going out is just for some fun and letting my hair down.

I'm sure some time to yourself will be perfect! I can't imagine how stressful it is having kids, but I bet you're usually focused on doing everything for them and not as much for yourself. Are you still on your small mom break or are you back with the kids now? I hope you've enjoyed your time whether it's still going on or not!

Fall is truly superior in every way! Halloween is a lot of fun, but it's less time, you know? Fall is multiple months long and has so much more with it. Though, I do think it's fair of people to jump and focus on Halloween at first since eventually, that ends, and we still have fall. What's your favorite fall time activity? Or just your favorite thing about fall? Minus the weather since that's the biggest point!

Do you guys know when your tour's starting up again or are you waiting now for a few more things to be figured out? When you're touring, do you get to explore the stops or is there not really enough time for that kind of thing? I definitely understand the feeling like it's all blending together. That's how I've been feeling lately. We've been filming since January and still have four or five months to go. The random early mornings and late nights can really make it seem like your days are all the same.

I feel like that's the talk every fall season at my house too, i love fall flavors stuff, apple, cinnamon, salted caramel is like the best one for me, but yes also i do love pumpkin spice and i am not ashamed, it's so weird how people make it they personality to hate on something that brings others joy.

The fall flavors tend to divide people sometimes. Especially pumpkin. People either love it or hate it! I'm with you there. I tend to like most of the fall options. Though, I'll admit, I'm not always the biggest fan of apple. It tends to taste very candle-like to me. But maybe that's my obsession with the Bath and Body Works candles. It really is! People don't know how to live and let live. We're all just looking for little things to bring us happiness in this crazy world. What's your take on candy corn? Delicious or terrible?

I know that lifestyle all too well. With filming going on for what seems like forever, any free time I get is definitely going to my family. The balance of it all is tough sometimes. Don't worry, I'm one of those friends that you can not talk to for a while and then just jump right back in with. New music is super exciting! And so is clothing stuff. What's going on with that?
