I was thinking the other day about the end of s3, and how we time skip all the way up until a few days later, with Eren and Mikasa in jail, revealing what they found in the basement. That’s always bothered me a bit. What the hell did everyone talk about the whole ride home? Nobody thought to ask about the results of the goal they just sacrificed everything to achieve?

I’m a big subscriber to the headcanon that becoming a titan fucks you up for like several days afterward as your body adjusts to it, with over-heatedness, exhaustion, confusion, etc. So i like to believe the reason we don’t hear about those days is because Armin was too out of it to remember. And also because I love Armin angst. And Jearmin crumbs. ❤️
