About Love
I think âloveâ is one of the most overexploited, overused, and romanticized words in history. Itâs a word Iâve heard so many times since I was little, but strangely itâs not a familiar feeling to me. By definition, love has the meaning âan intense feeling of deep affection.â But of course, defining love is different for every person, depending on their own personal experience of it. To me, love is Godâs gift to mankind itself and can be a beautiful thing if nurtured correctly. It brings out the best of us and can truly make us better people. But there are also many cases where people can not express their love, misplace their love, or do wrong things in the name of love. Itâs a tricky thing; and loving someone isnât as easy as those romantic comedy movies make it out to be. It takes a whole lot of time and effort to make love work. But I think itâs worth it in the end, donât you?
For those of you out there, boy or girl, who find it difficult to proclaim your love for someone else, I think thatâs completely fine. It only means that you are careful, does it not? I think that it is much better to wait until you are certain you love someone before you tell them. Itâs definitely better than telling someone you love them when you are still confused with your own feelings! However of course, in the end, love needs to be expressed in one way or another. But there are so many ways to express your love besides using your words. So, donât sweat it, boy and girls! We all have our own way of showing our love, and thatâs all that matters.
