Today is Memorial Day A day to honor the brave men and women who have given their lives while serving in America’s finest military. So go out and explore, slay some beers and get drunk, have a bbq with friends and families, catch up on some sleep, but when celebrating today please remember those who didn’t return home to their families or friends. Had fun last week with some friends, nearly got the chance to use a pistol

Definitely got leaner over the weekend due to lack of eating and a field exercise that I had today.. Gotta get myself back on track and strive towards my goals again.

Not gonna lie I wasn’t expecting to gain this much weight. I’m proud of myself of making this far into the bulk but I kinda got the dad bod going on… is the dad bod still a thing?

I took a small peek at how my body has been developing over this past month or so and to think about it i feel like good progress has been made. I gained the amount of weight that I wanted to have, kinda want a bit more mass on my body, and noticed a growth in size. Kinda got stuck with a dad bod from the bulking but that can be solved easily.
