Sourdough Starter - Day 8 - 17/09/14 1830
After 12 hours today the growth continues at the same rate, if not even stronger!
Same reduction back down to 100g, and feed as before.
So this evening I added the following:
50g Doves Organic Stoneground Wholemeal Rye Flour 50g Tesco Organic Strong White Flour 90g tepid bottled spring water
Total weight: 290g
