Good bye~
Thank you for viewing this post.
Tutorials for artists has come to an end. There are still a lot to post, but since Tfa was not founded for posting endlessly tutorials and tips, but enjoying a few that the artists behind it found useful and most of all helpful.
The blog will be renamed tfa-complete – so that someone who wants to take the name 'tutorials for artists' may do that. But notice that it won't be held by the same people.
The blog will not be deleted (that really wouldn't serve the point). Tfa will keep on going with the posts that already exist. Hopefully tfa will manage to fix broken links and content, but that isn't certain.
This was fun as long it lasted and hopefully some of you found it useful too. Tfa will not take suggestions anymore and unfortunately no questions will be answered. You can report a broken link or other content, but that is all.
If your art is here without a source please let tfa know. Tfa's point is to show amazing artists and their tutorials and tips – and to be found via us. The posts serve as a ”free commercial” and hopefully an artists whose works are viewed here will think that too, BUT in case you are not okay with that, please, contact us first and if you think that the issue was not handled correctly, you are free to report the post to the staff.
Thank you for being supportive.
Tfa reached over 2,000 followers and it is amazing!
Thank you.
For those who don't think they can go on without tutorials, we have to say: Try, fail, try harder and for macaronys sake if art is what you want to do – DO IT.
And here is a video that has become maxim (for us).
Here are some other tumblr blogs that Tfa's staff found useful while posting (none of them are purely a tutorial/art blog – so you have been warned):

 vorca
 eternarogue
