Gonna talk about one of my personal favorite paleontological formations, Prince Creek,
Prince creek is a formation in Northern Alaska which contains ~13 species that we know of, with 6 known indeterminate species, 1 Nomen Dubium/Wastebasket Taxa (Troodon), and 6 known species, however due to certain factors such as preservation bias, multiple species are only known via Teeth and other very fragmentary remains, with a very small minority of species being known from relatively complete remains, those species being Pachyrhinosaurus Perotorum, an indetrminate Leptoceratopsid, and Edmontosaurus Regalis. Of the species known from very fragmentary remains, we have Dromaesaurus Albertensis (known from some teeth), an Indeterminate Ornithomimid (known from Distral Metatarsal IV), an Indeterminate Saurnitholestinae (known from the dentary tip of a juvinile), Nanuqsaurus Hoglundi (known from a piece of bone from the front of the Maxila and the tip of the lower jaw), Saurnitholestes Langstoni (known from teeth), Alaskacephale (known from a squamosal and the back of it's dome), an indeterminate Thelescosaurine (known from teeth), an indeterminate Lambeosaurine (known from a supraoccipital), and an indeterminate Ornithopod (known from one tooth, theorized to be a hypsolophodontid). In summary, Prince Creek is cool as fuck, and it contains my personal favorite Dinosaur species (Pachyrhinosaurus Perotorum)
soon
I have a love/hate relationship with subaru, because i drive one (specifically a crosstrek), it’s great, they have a great history with motorsports, and in the past, they have made some really cool cars (e.g., WRX STI and SVX), but now, we’re stuck with subaru on the decline, because most of thier models are now SUVs and the WRX seems like it might join the Lancer soon, and also the new WRX STI 210 only comes with a CVT, but every previous WRX only had manuals, and it still makes under 300 horsepower. ALSO, there’s a chance that the next generation of outback wont even be a wagon anymore, instead being a full on SUV.
I love subaru, they have a great community, and i hope that they can become “cool” again
thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

happened last week, but a new ceratopsid was described furcatoceratops elucidans from the judith river formation! it would have lived alongside other dinosaurs such as: Daspletosaurus, Medusaceratops, Brachylophosaurus, Zuul, and others, and non dinosaur fauna, such as Deinosuchus or Basilemys
