I absolutely agree with this, same with comments.
Imagine spending hours, days, weeks even months creating beautiful Gifs, videos, edits, art, fanfic or whatever and the tag/comment you bother to make are whinging about what you didn’t like, want to change or how to make it better instead of the actual beautiful thing that has been created. It’s absolutely fine to have an opinion just dump it on your own post.
I agree that we should avoid criticism of the work of others as we cannot possibly know the inspiration for the creation. I choose to simply scroll on and not piss all over the joy of another if I do not enjoy a particular post. It’s easy. Try.
