I realized gardening has helped me greatly with my healing process. It really taught me patience and now I get excited to see the seeds I plant grow into sprouts, the feeling I get seeing them grow successfully is so rewarding, I feel way more productive than I used to even from simply watering them. watching flowers bloom and embracing all the pretty colors, and to know these flowers bloom because I chose to make it happen.....it made me appreciate the outside world around me a bit more, at least the natural aspect of it and lifted my spirits. It’s calming and such a pure, wholesome hobby.
