I have a hard time feeling empathy for others... But I always try to be as kind as possible. Pls don't vent in my asks, I'm not rly good at comforting and I already get extremely nervous when having to answer an ask, having to comfort someone all of sudden will only make me even more nervous!! I also get overwhelmed easily..

sorry if this is unsolicited advice boss but if it helps at all, my meds don't taste bad if i hold a tiny sip of water in my mouth first, tilt my head wayy back, drop the meds into the water like im feeding a turtle, then swallow!! it keeps the icky thing from touching my tongue so i dont taste it… good luck though and even if they're kind of annoying and gross, i hope ur meds make u feel better 🤍
