👑VEGAN BURGERS FOR THE WIN👑 •My boyfriend and I love visiting vegan places (even though my boyf is not vegan he is with me in every choice I make -and he’s planning on going vegetarian-). And this is a place that honestly surprises me every time. ••They have a simple based burger for all the buns that’s made with quinoa, black beans and mushrooms. It’s a very soft texture and basically melts in your mouth. •••This time he went for the “Jala-Pin-Yo” which has avocado in panko (yes, it’s amazing), tomato, lettuce vegan cheese, jalapeño and BBQ sauce. ••••I’m always mostly indecisive when it comes to ordering and when our waiter came I still didn’t know what to order 😂 so I simply went with the first one that popped when I opened the menu for the 5th time 🙄. Mine had lettuce, vegan bacon, cheese, vegan mayo and pickles. •••••We also ordered mozzarella sticks (also vegan of course) but they came in when we were already finished with our burgers and I was completely full and couldn’t handle anymore food, so my boyfriend asked to have them packed to take out, who wouldn’t want vegan mozzarella sticks for breakfast? 🤤 |Overall this restaurant gets a 9 from me, if you get the chance to visit Chile you should definitely visit them as well 👏🏼|

•THROWBACK TO THIS SATURDAY AFTERNOON LUNCH💛🧡• ✏️This was incredible! It was a couple of weeks ago but I thought I’d share how much I loved that a local self-serve restaurant has vegan options that are actual quality. 📍“Vapiano”, offers different dishes such as: pasta, salads, antipasto, pizzas, etc. But the fun part is that you can see as your food is being cooked and then delivered to you. It’s some type of buffet/self-serve place where even the decoration makes you want to stay. 🍽I have no idea if they’re an international business but I would definitely recommend it in case you see one in your town!

💥I’VE MISSED TUMBLR SO MUCH🔥 •First of all I wanna say how sorry I am for being so m.i.a for the last few weeks, it’s just I’ve had a lot of work and I get to rest this week (finally) ••So in honor of my hard working self, I made this beautiful pizza today! •••I made the dough with my own hands and it was very relaxing to work on it, it definitely calmed me down and relieved stress. ••••I used vegan cheese, of course, and I show you guys the uncooked version of it, I just thought it looked colorful and pretty. 💚
