Synchronicity

I want nothing more than another soul in my bed. I want to wake up in the middle of the night and wrap my arms around someone; giving them a kiss on the shoulders and sleep. I want to reach for her fingers, and, when I wake up, see this person staring at me and smiling. I want someone to love me enough to stare at me while sleeping and fall in love. That isn’t something too much to want? Someone that loves you? We’re human beings. We need love; that feeling of being appreciated. I want that. That feeling when I wake up and know I could tell this person about the dream I just had, and why it bothers me so much, and all they would have to do it listen. They wouldn’t have to understand, because I don’t even understand myself … but we can try.
