I’m grateful for my parts. They look out for me. They protect me. Whether it’s the nurturing parts that remind me to engage in self-care, or the parts that help me enforce my boundaries and remember it’s okay to feel angry.

Can/Do you talk to your minds?
Do your swaps completely change how you act or is it mainly thinking? Or something else?
Are your minds connected to one central personality, connected to each other equally, or something else?
How do different minds being active affect how you as a mindset like to be perceived?
How did you discover your minds? Do you know what caused it?

Yes, but our language isn't English. Neither is it French. Our language is shared emotions and gibberish only the mindset can understand.
Do your swaps completely change how you act or is it mainly thinking? Or something else?
This is an interesting question to ask because not only am I a system member, meaning I live in two realities—headspace and meatspace, but it also depends on the mind. So there's plenty of ways different active minds can influence me.
Since ❤️ is the mindkeeper and anchor, I won't talk about that mind. Instead I'll talk about the others. Promise it won't be too long.
