//Father statuses of my muses in honor of Father's Day:
Maria Robotnik: Deceased, never knew him. Her grandfather raised her and is who she celebrates.
Chell: Deceased, barely remembers him. Still thanks him on the holiday.
Steward: Unknown, likely dead. He doesn't remember anything from when he was alive but he's been a ghost a very long time.
Logic Core/Cedric Cain: Deceased along with mother. He raised his little sister. Doesn't remember this post-conversion.
Jonah: Non-existent, he's an android and doesn't consider the creator a dad. However Jonah himself is a dad and gets a drawing from his daughter Cheryl every year.
Grim: Non-existent, raised by adopted mother. He is a dad and always makes an effort to spend the entire day with his son, Adios.
Espaa Valorum: Alive, no-contact. The man gave him away to the Sith as a kid. They don't talk because he was taught to not have any attachments, and Espaa has been disowned anyway for joining the Rebels.
Sabrina Mooncatcher: Alive, excellent relationship with her dad! They hang out a lot when she's not adventuring.
Gallium: Non-existent, he's the embodiment of Time. But his life partner Turquoise had a father who he was close with.
Snake: Non-existent, he's a clone. Doesn't care about the lack of parents.
Announcer: Non-existent, he's an AI created from scratch by multiple programmers.
Garry Guertena: Alive, no-contact. They and his mother were neglectful and somewhat objectifying and after he came of age he cut them out of his life.
Jack Wynand: Deceased, by his hand. Both of them. Bio father and the man who "raised" him were pieces of shit he had to kill. But he's now a dad and loves his daughters who always try to spoil him on this day.
Atlas Callaghan: Deceased. Fond memories of their fishing business as a kid though. He was also briefly a dad but his son was killed by circumstances he caused. He tries to help with Jack's girls.
Winter Solstice: Non-existent. He's a lab-created magical being.
Hallow Eve: Non-existent. She's a lab-created magical being.
Shadow Robotnik: Deceased, both of them. Maria's grandfather created and raised him and is now dead, and the alien monster who donated blood to the cause and later tried to kill Shadow was killed by Shadow. Twice. He's hoping it sticks this time.
Caliburn: Non-existent. He's a sword. Unless you count Merlin who gave him sentience. He doesn't.
Mikuo Hatsune: Non-existent. He's an android whose entire being came from a glitch in Miku's system.
Curiosity Core/Cassidy Cain: Deceased along with mother. Was raised by her older brother. Doesn't remember this post-conversion.
Yuki: Non-existent. He's a magical snow spirit.
KAI: Deceased. Died when Kaito was a teenager. Doesn't remember this after becoming the station AI.
Dialga: Asleep, estranged. His creator is the creator of the universe, the highest god of the Pokemon world, and has been sleeping ever since banishing one of Dialga's siblings. Dialga hates them and misses them. It's complicated.
Otacon: Deceased, and good fucking riddance! Huey was an abusive piece of shit that would take a whole essay to lay out why, and Otacon is glad to have him gone.
Rift: Non-existent. They're an energy being trapped in a human body. The human vessel once had a dad but the vessel is not them.
Caliya: Alive, no-contact. After leaving his people once he was old enough he hasn't reached back out. Doesn't agree with their teachings after personally interacting with the humans.
Lucas Asker: Alive. And worried about his boy. Lucas makes weekly video calls and tries to visit when on leave.
Taka Hamasaki: Alive, estranged. Didn't believe in her joining the military, much less GUN. She sends some funds back anyway because she still cares but they barely talk.
Prayer the Cat: Deceased, by his own hand. The wrong solution to a problem. He can't find it in himself to regret it. It was the logical choice to him.
The Traveller: Non-existent. They're a direct creation of the Atlas, the god/supercomputer who created their universe.
Heartman/Nicolas Roman: Deceased, since he was a toddler. He was raised by his single mother. He was once a dad himself and adored his daughter who insisted on celebrating him often. Misses her so badly he's still futilely hoping to find her (and her mother) in the afterlife.
Neo/Metal Sonic: Non-existent because he's a robot, but creator Eggman could be considered. If so, alive and estranged. Refuses to speak to Eggman after finally getting free of the man's control.
JARVIS: Non-existent, he's an AI, though sometimes his relationship with his creator Tony edges into this.
Riddler/Edward Nygma: Deceased, by his own hand. Good riddance in his opinion. Abusive and hateful, Ed was glad to take the man out.
Space Cabbie/Camlin Spraitz: Alive, estranged. His adopted dad did not approve of Cam skipping out before being forcibly deployed into a war. He sends back photos sometimes of his taxi biz and the superheroes he's met but rarely gets a reply. Far more attached to his adoptive grandmother.
Jason Vigo: Deceased. Never liked the man after they abandoned his mom. Picard is basically his adopted dad at this point.
The Sorrow: Deceased. Hasn't seen his parents since the Philosophers took him as a kid, but it's been long enough they're definitely gone.
Woody Pride: Non-existent. He's a doll.
ELOHIM: Non-existent. He wasn't even meant to be sentient so he can't claim his creator a parent. He considers himself a god with many children though.
Uriel: Alive, good relationship. As one of the aforementioned 'children' ELOHIM is both Uriel's god and sort of father.
Gordon Freeman (HLVRAI 1): Verse-dependant. I don't think Gordon's parents are ever mentioned but for the 'not a game' verse they passed a way a while ago, whereas the other verse they're around but he doesn't really talk to them.
Sixty: Alive, no-contact. Unlike Jonah he does consider Kamski his father, but he doesn't really ever talk to the man and doesn't want to.
