Please send me your thoughts and prayers this tomato season…drowning in them right now…. Every day I process hundreds of tiny tomatoes into salsa, compote, jam, pickles, soup, sauce, etc…baking bread to go with them…and then I wake up the next day and there are more tomatoes…my fridge is full my freezer is full I’m running out of pint and quart jars…tomatoes is my full time job
