Without the visor using mods, Victor's appearance is nothing short of regal and his eyes draw you in so much. I think the devs chose to cover them for most of the game because otherwise more people would have been "oh let him win!"

What i noticed about Victor's design recently is how choppy the collar edges of his vest look and realized he probably took a regular vest and just cut it with dull scissors to make it sluttier
