It's Always Spooky Season.

"Alright, just put your face there." Victor does not trust the machine or the man and growls when the doctor makes even small movements.

Grace who had been waiting in the hallway enters to prevent more loss of digits and limbs.

"Victor! I'm here, it's ok." Growls immediately cease and he makes pleased noises.

She guides him with what to do and he listens to her every word, not even being bothered by the puff of air into his eyes or the lights. Eye exam is complete and now it's off to the dental portion of the day. Victor does not mind this so much as he associates it with getting a bite of something tasty. The dentist he saw previously retired early with a chunk ripped out of his arm. The new one has kevlar gloves and clothes in case Grace being there isn't enough.

Grace keeps her hand on Victor.

"Do not bite the dentist."
