How do I tell this guy at work that I have a crush in him? We are quite friendly and I just want to tell him…….more to get it out of my system more than anything, it’s driving me a bit cray. I don’t expect anything to happen, accept maybe a funby/awkward conversation.

tbh people who say “happiness is a choice! you’re unhappy because you are choosing to be!” are so privileged it’s sickening because no the fuck happiness is not a “choice” for me. i wish i could wake up and say “i am choosing happiness today” and be happy but that’s not how mental illnesses work. idk if you’re trying to be helpful or something, but honestly, the more you say that, the more i try to choose happiness, and the more i feel like a failure that it is not working.
