Won't you stay a bit?

Mallory hums in thought for a moment before speaking. “I would have to say fushia. It’s such a regal color.”

Lavender giggles and nods, Mallory nodding as well. “I love music!! It’s fun to listen to!!!” Teal smiles. “I enjoy music quite a bit, at least, the genres of music that I have listened to fully. The loud cars that were passing by Butterfly and I when coming here were not particularly enjoyable.” 

Mallory chuckles, smiling as he speaks. “Bagels aren’t my favorite food but I’ll eat them if given to me.”

Lavender giggles and jumps in place. “I do love exploring!!!” Teal hums in thought, eyelights dimming. “I had just recently arrived to this household. I believe that it is too early to deem if I would go or not.”

Lavender pouts. “Yeah! Until Mallory came over!!” Mallory bops Lavender. “Don’t be mean Lav.”

“Thank you, I had acquired the majority of my vocabulary by my favorite novels.”

Mallory grins, rubbing the back of his head. “No u.” Lavender giggles as their eyes change to green and pastel red. “Thankie!!!” “Why thank you,, although I don’t know what that quite means...”

They all nod. “I like magical stories!! Especially where there’s adventures just for fun!!!” Mallory smiles softly. “I enjoy mysteries and thrillers.” “I find myself drawn to older novels that speak of discovering different parts of many subjects.”

Teal laughs softly and nods. “It does seem that it had happened.” New person!! Mallory comes over, amused and bops Lavender’s head. “Are you better now?” Lav giggles and nods. “Yep~?”

Lavender puts Teal on the counter before bouncing again and nods. “Yeah!!! They’re super yummy with jelly or cream cheese or butter or or or or or!!!” Oh dear, zey’re short circuiting. 

Teal puts a hand to their hat, eyelights glowing softly. “Why, thank you. Butterfly gifted me this hat when zey adopted me.” 

Lavender giggles and twirls around. “Thank you!!” Off screen there’s a soft voice. “Lavender, you’re still holding Teal. Don’t spin when you’re holding them.” “Oh! Sorry Teal!”

“My day’s been going great!! Emerald made really yummy pancakes today for breakfast and the work for home school was really easy today!!!” Lavender’s bouncing in zeir spot, eyes glowing yellow. “Mine has been relatively peaceful, thankfully. I have been working on Lavender’s new plushie the majority of the day.”

Lavender giggles as zeir eyes glow. “Of course they’re cool looking!! They chose their outfit!!!” “Thank you kind stranger, I pride myself in my appearance.”

Lavender arrives! Zey bounce in and pick up Teal. “Sleeping’s awesome!!” Teal chuckles and nods. “I do quite enjoy sleep.”
