(And kinda moot appreciation post)
When I leave things like 🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂 on your guys' vent posts, I mean it with my full heart. It's not just some mindless thing where I think "oh another vent post" and do it on autopilot. I genuinely mean it, and I need everyone to know that.
You guys are one of the best parts of my day and nothing is gonna change that. No amount of venting or ranting or "this doesn't match my silly vibe I'm sorry" is going to make me stop loving you.
I don't mind if you think you're being needy, I don't mind if you apologize too much, I don't mind if you do something so simple as have feelings. I don't mind any of it.
When you see this, go take a sip of water. Take a nap. Eat a snack, even just a small one. You deserve it no matter what your brain tells you.
I'm here for every one of you and can promise that the voices telling you that everyone hates you aren't true, at least not with me.
You're all doing so well, I'm so proud of you. You're so strong for surviving through whatever you're going through even if you're just barely living. No matter if you're 1 hour clean, 1 day clean or 100 days clean I'm still so proud of you. You woke up today and that's a big accomplishment.
I know you can keep going.
Know that at least one person loves you.
