Tea Horse

Using the global standard tea tasting sets, the tea is infused in the pots, with the lid on. The pot in then up turned into the bowl, the lid catching the tea leaves and the teeth on the pot letting the liquor escape. The wet leaves are placed on top of the lid so they can be checked for aroma and size alongside tasting. Then, grab a spoon and get slurping!

Our tasting continued with quality teas from all around the world. We visited Nepal, the old kingdom of Sikkim, Indonesian and Africa.
