apple cider, matcha green tea, & nondairy flaxseed milk make for a tasty treat

bought some more lavender lemon balm tea from blue lake botanicals at the cleveland flea outdoor market this morning. love this blend with a little mint tea added to it. today I added spearmint leaves since I'm out of peppermint. wonderful hot or cold. love love. happy sunday!
