Jax wasn't normally the one to find himself in this predicament: laying in Ribbit's bed, staring at the stars, idly fidgeting with the bedsheets. His lips were tightly pressed together in a thin line, legs stretched out straight. Now, there have been times where being in Ribbit's bedroom was frequent, but after, what they called, "challenge days", it was almost always a given.

Jax stared up at the stars projected from her little nightstand light, watching them dance and encircle the room in a soft off-golden hue. To be honest, he was enjoying this nice vibe. Peaceful and serene... well, until his gut felt like it needed to say something. He scowled and sat up on his elbows, leering at his midsection.

He could see the results of his and Ribbit's, "who can drink the most hot chocolate" 'game'-- his stomach was very very bloated, pressing against his pink overalls rather off-outtingly, and making the loudest gurgles he's ever heard it make.

"Stupid hot chocolate..." He muttered under his breath, his gloves hand coming to rest on his churning middle.

He tried to adjust himself to where it would settle and not be so loud. He tried to turn on his side, his belly sloshing with hot chocolate as he moved. A low growl under his breath, another turn, and a low gurgle he could feel at his sides. He puts the back of his hand to his mouth and belches through a closed mouth, exhaling and making a tiny moan.

And, to his startled surprise, he sees Ribbit just *watching* him from the side of her bed.

"GAH!"

"Having fun?"

Jax grips his chest and takes a heavy breath before getting ahold of himself and clearing his throat. "Fun? With what? Knowing that *I* bested you at drinking hot chocolate?"

"Beat me?" Ribbit had tried to stifle a laugh, but she simply couldn't! With a perky little hop, she sat besides him on her bed, arms crossed. "Sorry, but I think *I* have *you* beat!" She pokes her slim fingertip at her friend's rumbling stomach.

"Ugh.. will ya quit being so loud?! I'm trying to make a point here!" He sits up rather quickly, glaring at his stomach. He can hear (and feel) a low rumbling deep in his belly that travels up his throat, ending with him belching rather impressively. He takes a second, trying to steady himself.

That definitely made some room.

Ribbit can't help but laugh at him (no no, it's with him, despite the fact that Jax finds this utterly humiliating and not a laughing matter). She wipes a fake tear from her eye and pats his stomach in a way that definitely makes Jax flustered.

"You do this every time we have these games, Ribs." He speaks softly, leaning back on his elbows, the liquids in his stomach continuing to slosh and gurgle with each motion.

"You say that like it's a bad thing." The frog replies with a small scoff. The amphibian's fingers splay out on her friend's distended stomach, rubbing it in small, tender circles.

There's very little said as Ribbit switches up her pose, choosing to sit behind Jax and let him lay against her. Before she makes another move, she plucks off her bow.

"Hold on, I know how to help you enjoy this," she whispers in his ear. She carefully clips said pink bowtie sideways just below her friend's left ear.

Jax freezes, his eyes widen and his face flushed a deep crimson. He slowly looks back at Ribbit, who just smiles. Then he feels her largely modeled yet slim hands caress both sides of her rolling belly.

And Jax melts into his friend.

He relaxes into her touch, sighing rather heavily as he closes his eyes. He stifles a little hiccup, which jostles his stomach and making Ribbit chuckle.

"I'm always surprised with how much our avatars can stretch."
