Having insomnia, horrific nightmares, night terrors, and sleep paralysis is all worth it when you can make art based off of it.... right?

The main thing that sticks with me with my sleep paralysis demon is the way he loomed over me with big, wide, piercing eyes. Also the way he screamed at me, he screamed all my insecurities at me, while I couldn't move, nor speak.

The King of Nightmares is a character in my horror concept Tongueless- the story and the characters within are based off of/inspired by my own traumas and continuing troubles with sleep, therefore helping me express them in a healthy way and process them through art.

sketches of a concept i've had where rattlin and bones get kidnapped by angels and heaven puts them in a mental prison of sorts in a world where they are separated in an attempt to destroy them mentally so they can be able to destroy them physically.

this is the vision where they are in their normal lives, but they are separated, and they both feel like something is really wrong.

the angels didn't account for their bond being so strong.

This character is Patunya. Her story hasn't changed a whole lot, but I felt like her appearance needed a change. She was originally a Zyklops (Zoo-clops)* but I felt like there was already too many Zyklops in the main cast. Now she is a Mölklops (Merl-clops) - part Möltik (Merl-tik)**, part Zyklops. She has the height and horns of a Zyklops, but the eyes and the skin of a Möltik.

Life Drawing - Week 1 drawings

Been attending life drawing classes led by professional artist Rory Williams at The Customs House.

I made a quick ref sheet for the body of my conjoined twin Cuphead OCs/fankids- it's probably the main thing that's been the most inconsistent when I draw them.

So, this is now how I see their bodies and their anatomy. I once said a while ago that they share a lung, but I no longer think they do, considering how I've now visualised their anatomy with separate ribcages.
