The double sided axe is a symbol for lesbianism. She had a major axe to grind with Katy for many many years. Her feud with Katy always seemed deeper to me than a squabble over few background dancers and their answers regarding it always felt so curt and vague.

Katy has been openly bisexual since 2017. Prior to the failed coming out in June 2019 Katy was spotted with Karlie. Karlie was also spotted with Dianna around this time and there was rumors that they hooked up, but I think they were all meeting up to discuss the personal ramifications of Taylor coming out.
