I knew this 7 Days of Clean Eating was going to be amazing but I didn't know I would lose double digit pounds!! The most important part I think I can share with you all is I had to realize that I had gone wayyyy off track. Just being healthy when I wanted, when it was easy. Maybe one or two days a week- and the rest was unplanned, unhealthy, and not feeling my best. I DECIDED that no ifs ands or buts about it I was going to eat clean for 7 days in a row with 0 excuses. I DID IT! Can't wait to keep going (with some treats on this double wedding weekend ☺️)!
