Hate crimes against Muslims in Canada have doubled on average EVERY YEAR in Canada since 2011.

No, I’m not kidding.

That number holds whether you wanna count only the incidents that were reported to the police or not.

But if you wanna stick just to the official numbers, consider this:

There were at least 12 publicly reported incidents recognized as hate crimes that were committed against Muslims in Canada in 2013.

There were at least 22 publicly reported incidents recognized as hate crimes that were committed against Muslims in Canada in 2014.

There have been at least 44 publicly reported incidents recognized as hate crimes that were committed against Muslims in Canada so far in 2015.
