This is incredibly hard for me to post and I was going to just do a progress picture but with all the new followers I figured I would just show you where I am at right now in my journey. I started this journey at a whopping 323 pounds 😲 SO EMBARRASSING! But I put my mind and my body in high gear and have dropped 86 pounds! 💪 Now I can make myself look real good with some clothes on but this is the reality underneath it all and for once in my life I am not ashamed or embarrassed of my body. Every curve, every stretch mark shows everything I have been through to get where I am today. For all my followers and friends that are starting there journey for the first or the fifth time you WILL get to this point too. Don't be mistaken, weight loss wasn't the only thing that got me here. It was learning about my body and how to take care of it. It was hours of personal development, teaching myself to love my body instead of hate it. Being fit is about so much more then what is on the scale and it's so important that you all remember that. Stay motivated, work hard, continually educate yourself and you will reach every goal you set for yourself 🌞💜
