My Maru’s look so amazing in ornate fabric-arts style! I’m totally speechless at the detail and the concept. Thank you May for showing them to me! And thank you Yuki for your most wonderful paint work!

And with that, the international maru release is coming to a close. After Nov 1 I will send the dolls to my casting service, and then returning to work on new dolls. It’s been a priviledge and a pleasure to make everyone’s acquaintance. I can’t wait to see what you do with the Maru’s!

Oh man, that Spoon and the 52cm body looks gorgeous! It's probably a while till they'll be released, but if you ever plan on casting them, would you consider having them done in Harucasting's tans? I bet they'd look gorgeous in darker colours.

I definitely do plan on casting them! Spoon is probably next on the list to be finished, but the 52body will take while. Actually I was thinking of releasing Spoon in any colour BUT white, yet I don’t think that’s doable as long as I’m not selling bodies to fit the sculpt. It’s not just that tan colours are hard to match, but the sculpt’s size makes hybrid options even more limited. So maybe I’ll actually wait with releasing Spoon untill the 52body is finished? contemplating contemplating…

Hmm, I’d love to purchase the head and body together at least, even if that means I’ll have to wait longer. Maybe you can release the head first but also offer it as an option to buy with the body when you release that? Hmm…

It took me a while to make up my mind, but Scylla is going to be sold as OOAK figures, where every copy has a different color. One thing I’m not sure of yet is if I’m selling them at a fixed price, or as an auction (to give people a better chance of obtaining one). i’m sorry all i post is Orchid ;;;

i realized i had no photos of him just standing so there you go!

also i fixed his neck mobility

after some confused reshaping of his neck and the neck hole i realized the problem was his scale and the thickness of elastic preventing his head from moving around like it would on bigger dolls

so i added a slit to the neck opening and his mobility improved a ton!
