Once she had gotten up from Caleb’s bad and placed her clothes on, she was actually glad he didn’t make a fuss about it. Tamsin had always hated men who would tell her she could stay, or eventually embrace her to fall asleep with him when all she wanted to leave and never go back; Caleb was the first that shared this feeling, and once he turned his body to stop facing her as a way of making her aware that it was time to leave, Tamsin was already moving herself up, picking up her clothes and putting them on, grabbing later her purse on his couch and leaving the house. It was always like this, trying to fill a void that would never be filled, it was a moment she could free herself from her darkest and worst thoughts. Sex had become some sort of escape, but like a drug that brings euphoria while it lasts, once the effect ends and the bad trip comes to surface there’s no way to avoid those thoughts. So, by the time she closed his door, reality hit her as the cold wind came against her body.

Hopeless, without help and without the desire of asking for help, Tamsin was left by herself to fight for a cause that was only hers. Her grandma wanted her out of all the trouble that this war could cause, so she was never part of the Bricket Wood coven because of her family; her grandma always said that once it was in the known that she was the daughter of Richard and Tanya, it was a matter of time before the consequences would hit her. Tamsin didn’t care, she was careless about her life, often placing herself in situations of danger but since she didn’t want her grandma to suffer another loss, the brunette would try her best to keep herself apart from the war, and with that, the only way to get revenge for her parents was by making as much effort as possible to get answers, any sort of information about that moment.

She was a neutral, someone that was even more in danger than anyone else. A witch with no side, a ticking bomb, just waiting for the right time to explode close to those she wanted to hurt. Without help, Tamsin didn’t know which side to go after, without help and without her grandma to give her the true information about that day, Tamsin was just one more witch inside that island, seeking for revenge and failing to get it. 

After a long time walking until her house, small and slow steps from Caleb’s to hers. Tamsin finally got inside, throwing her purse on her couch and making her way until the kitchen to grab her bottle of vodka, a glass and move herself down to the basement. She knew she needed a shower, but she was so tired that if she did such thing her body would crave for a bed, and she couldn’t allow herself to rest when her enemy was still there, alive, without facing the consequences of killing her parents, and because of it she wouldn’t sleep... not tonight. With Caleb’s smell exhalating from her skin, Tamsin turned the light on from the basement, where it could be found news on the wall, a board with assumptions that was still leading her to nowhere, memories from her and her parents that could never be kept on her house or else they would know who she truly was, the only place from her house that she could actually call home and that eventually showed how twisted the witch was.
