thank you to everyone who sent emojis here is the GAS portion of the prompts!!! once again, not exactly unique thoughts but hopefully still fun😭 & i tried to keep it sort of open ended so that you can decide whether the gas is released & from which end
🪐 Your character is fascinated by different planets, especially the gas giants. Enchanted by the idea of them, they decide to try and become a gas giant themself--or the closest a person could possibly get, anyway--by trying to completely hold in every bit of gas their body produces until their belly is as round as their favorite planets. Whether they're able to succeed, and for how long, is up to you.
🎲 Your character's friends have involved them in a silly game. Your character fills up with gas by any means necessary--soda, beans, you name it--and tries to keep it in as best they can. Their friends are trying to get it out. They take turns rolling a die, and the number dictates how extreme a measure they can take to try and force your character to let out the pressure building up in their belly--think thumping on the back, shaking them, squeezing them, etc.
😷 Your character hasn't been feeling well. They have an awful cold, and all the sniffling and swallowing to lubricate their scratchy throat is causing them to swallow a ton of extra air. Now, on top of the cold, they also have a bloated, aching, air-filled belly rumbling away which just gets progressively more inflated throughout the day.
🥉 Your character is competing to see who can hold everything in longest after chugging a full bottle of soda. It isn't easy; the liquid itself was filling enough, but all the carbonation and the air they gulped down while drinking has their stomach feeling painfully tight. How long can they last before they can't keep it contained any longer?
💔 Your character is on a date, and they're convinced the other person will drop them like a hot potato if they do anything gross. Ordinarily, they might be able to get through a meal without burping or anything, but they're overthinking it big time, and it's making them acutely aware of every bubble rumbling around in their belly. It's also becoming difficult to finish their meal without releasing a little spare pressure to make space.
🪠 Your character feels like a balloon, and the pressure inside them is only building. They're desperate to release all the trapped gas in their belly, but they just can't seem to get it to budge. They can't go on like this much longer, so they're trying all sorts of things to help them dislodge it--pressing their belly, asking somebody to squeeze them, getting into weird positions, perhaps even drinking something bubbly in the hopes of provoking the burp that will open the gates.
🦸♂️ Your character is dressed up as a superhero for a costume party, but nobody can save them when the food at the party causes them to start bloating up in their skin-tight suit. Struggling to hide it but not wanting to embarrass themself by letting it out, they need to find a discreet spot to deflate so they can relax and enjoy the fun. Of course, that may not be easy at an event like this.
