In theory, all natural born Primes are capable of some level of gravitational manipulation. Many of them have exhibited this trait to some degree or another – it depends on the Prime him- or herself to what strength they have for it. An example of an exceedingly powerful Prime can be found in Megatronus – The Fallen – who had been capable of moving tonnes upon tonnes of objects at the same time.

Sentinel Prime and Optimus Prime are both capable of this trait, though to a far lesser degree. Optimus Prime does not appear to have great control, moving small singular objects. 

His predecessor is able to move larger objects, and multiples at once.
