We need your help Mark!
It's been a while since I've used Tumblr but I'm running out of ideas on how and where to address this. I'm not the only one and I'm so confused as of why nothing has been done about this. @markiplier , I hate bringing negativity or bad news to the community but this needs to be noticed! It's about your comic from Zwagbox from a couple of months back. I only got the first box and a poster. I'm still missing three and I was charged up front. That's over $50.00 that I've lost or could've used on a charity live stream. I was so excited when this got published that I didn't hesitate to subscribe to them. At first, I waited and waited and eventually emailed them. They replied and said they were having problems with the company that was going to provide the shirts and I thought it was okay. Probably to much traffic went into the website. So I waited and it arrived almost two months late, when the second box was supposed to arrive. After that they would post messages about the issues they were having, which again, I was fine with (others were starting to get impatient though) and after that they disappeared! A lot of their tweets and facebook posts have been deleted and we can't email them anymore. Some people even became an anual subscriber (over $200!!) And the orders haven't been fulfilled. I never got my three remaining boxes/comics. Mark, I know you would never do that to us, so I'm really questioning how up to date are you with this company's current situation. A lot of us can't get refunds anymore because we waited to long (I believed the fake promises the company gave us). I'm sorry for the long message but I believe it should be addressed and I think we deserve the products or at the very least a refund. Anyone reading this, it would be of GREAT help if you reblogged this just so he can have a bigger chance of seeing this. I would greatly appreciate it. Hope this issue can be solved soon. -Stephanie
