This came up in memories from 6 years ago on Facebook. She was the coolest garden spider I’ve ever seen. Argiope aurantia aka writing/cypher spider aka garden spider aka zigzag spider. They are so cool. This is the spider from ‘Charlotte’s Web’ They eat their web every day and spin another each morning. They are awesome to watch. She was in the doorway of a storm door at the exes. She moved from their to around the screened in porch for an entire Summer. She used to be scared of me & vibrated her web to frighten me off. She finally got used to me watching & photographing her.
