I’ve always been infatuated with persons in their 40’s. I just feel there’s a level of awareness that’s sexy. Most people would think with that being said that, that it would be my dating preference. Wrong. I just can’t wait to reach that age myself.

Now, since I’m approaching thirty… the guys who actively show interest happen to be in their 40’s. Most of them plain rubbish. Because at the end of the day, age ain’t nothing but a number. Emotional maturity has no deadline.

But somehow through all the madness I found you, my Jamie. Some of you may know the reference and others may not. My memoir will not bother explaining either.

Just felt compelled to do the following…

My Jamie,

Meeting you, though at first I didn’t think much of it, you slowly showed me your purpose. You’ve allowed me to stay “independently pediente”. Aided in support, relief and companionship. The universe brought your energy when I most needed it.

Something I’ve never tasted before, a clear communication. The greatest things seem to be temporary. The real beauty. For real life awaits us. For now, the time being there’s no rush.

I’ll never forget you. Today, the three day weekend is over.

In a week or so, you’ll return to your wife and kids.

No one to judge, for my life was given to live, love and make it.
