First run back at altitude today! My lungs most definitely felt like there wasn't enough air up here, but I was very happy with my town's new rec center and its indoor track. While I was the crazy person running in the wind today it reminded me of life.....sometimes the wind is at your back helping you, sometimes it's blowing sideways trying to knock you down and other times it's trying to hold you back when your going against the wind. But I came to the conclusion that it may slow you down, try to knock you over you just keep going and don't let it stop you.
