Dinner time!! Salmon over riced cauliflower and sweet potatoes with Broccoli...added ghee to both the "rice" and broccoli

Haven't done 25,000 steps in a day in a long time. Got another 4 miles after work today too. Productive day for me.

Made the girls one of they're favorite meals...zucchini boats 😊I roasted the zucchini in the oven before I put the ground beef in them.
