Yu4 Boy-Band/Idol AU

Yuya suggests the idea, Yugo very enthusiastic, Yuto is confused but Yuya wins him over. Yuri is strongly against the thought ‘No way in hell are you dragging me on a stage like a Stage Pony” but Yugo yanks him in.

Audition - Yuya has great singing voice, Yuto is nervous but sings the lower alto parts very well, Yugo is awful. But at least he can rap. Yuri refuses to audition. Yuya slams a microphone into his hands and sits expectantly in front of him. Yuri sighs and sings half heartedly. Best vocals out of all of them. Voice of an angel. Leo made him take lessons. 

Yuzu teaches them to match pitch and Yuya choreographs the dances. 

Ruri makes costumes and does makeup based off of Yuzu’s sketches.

Rin is the sound technician. Builds and makes all electronics/lighting work smoothly.

Selena is the manager. Organises events and stages. Secretly just likes wearing business suits. 

Performance eventually is a hit. Basically everyone turns up, plus Reiji allowed them to use centre court. 

I.  Broken Glass-Zarc + Yu4

*Crash!*

Four sets of eyes widened in horror as they watched the baseball sail through the air and through an upper window of the house. Through a CLOSED window.

“Oh man, mom’s gonna kill us!” said Yuya.

“Forgot mom, don’t you know which window that is?” asked Yugo, grabbing him by the shoulders. “That’s Zarc’s room! He’s gonna kill us, bring us back from the dead, then kill us again!”

Yuri looked at the window, then at the other three, “All in favour of running away and becoming hermits, raise your hand.”

“Guys come on, we can fix it before he gets home!” said Yuto. “I hope.”

Yuri raised an eyebrow, “Do you want to be the one to explain to him how his window got broken, or do you want to live?”

“I vote we run away, I am NOT sticking around!” said Yugo.

“Oi losers, what are you four standing around gaping at?” came a voice from the driveway.

Simultaneous chills ran down their spines and one by one they turned around, watching as the older teen stepped out of the car.

“Hi big bro. You’re home early,” said Yuya, trying to stifle the shake in his voice. “What’s up?”

Zarc rolled his eyes as he headed towards the house, “You go back to, whatever it was you were doing, and don’t bother me.”

the girls accept it. who cares? yeah, maybe Yuzu and Ruri are a bit taller when they’re wearing heels, but for the most part it’s a minor concern on their minds.

but the boys? oh gods, none of them can stand it. Yuuto first pointed it out when they saw a group photo of themselves after the dimensional war (let’s just assume they all came back), and it was the biggest mistake he’s ever made. Ever. It was like punching Yuugo in the stomach, only instead of Yuugo punching him back he started ranting about how they couldn’t all be the same heigh and claimed that, in fact, they were all different heights.

in fact, Yuugo claimed he knew their heights from tallest to shortest: Yuugo, Yuuto, Yuuya, Yuuri.

well, then they had to prove that theory wrong.

so maybe the girls walked in on the boys measuring themselves to the nearest micrometer, and maybe they saw Yuugo shouting at Yuuri that they weren’t measuring from hair points. and maybe Yuuya was trying to balance on his heelies to make himself taller.

competition between the yu-boys? never.
