all the things
we all have a thing. addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma. mine happens to be restriction&control. you fill in the blank for your own thing. today, on my daily walk for sunshine, i listened to the podcast “terrible, thanks for asking” (if you haven’t listened , 10 out of 10 me’s would recommend) , the episode was called 9things. they chatted about the things we all need to hear when trying to get over “our thing”. &y’all this was wow to me. so I thought I would share with in case you maybe just maybe need to hear the things too.

it is your responsibility
it is unfair that this is your thing
this is your thing
this will never stop being your thing until you face it
you can’t do this alone

i will never stop reminding you of these things
