It’s so strange to me. I couldn’t imagine being the youngest. Like, you’d be a second middle which isn’t even special. Being the youngest is a title and it’s the only status that can change.

Youngest doesn't cope well with much spice in their food. I explained this to a second generation Australian/Nepali friend today as
"You start with white people food, and then you take away the spice".
I watched them smile, nod, blue screen, and then get me to repeat that yes, I really did mean take away the spice.
Youngest has, at some point, talked about a friend going to cook for them, and saying 'less than that' and 'no, put some of those options away'.

when you're looking at old pictures and you ask "is that one me?" and every single time they say "no, it's your older sibling" and having pretty much every photo of you be a family photo or school picture
being constantly interrupted to the point where you eventually just stop contributing to the conversation and nobody notices
When you try to tell your parents something cool or interesting and they refuse to believe you, then when you finally look it up to show them you're right they don't care anymore and ignore you
Being called spoiled for the smallest things (having nice things that i buy with my own money, relaxing, having fun, watching tv)
Feeling guilty for having nice things
Feeling guilty for being more "accomplished" than your older sibling
Nobody taking your feelings seriously
Being bullied by the whole family, even if they don't realize they're upsetting you
Your older sibling's problems are always first priority, and yours stay on the back burner until they boil over
Once upon a time, you were the youngest person in the entire world. However, It's very unlikely that you'll ever get to be the oldest.
