La famiglia di Duskull l’ha finalmente trovato! Sono arrivati tutti a salvarlo, e hanno con loro dei dolcetti per tirarlo su. A quanto pare li hanno ricevuti da degli umani in costume. Ma Duskull ci penserà dopo, ora è solo felice di essere tornato a casa dopo aver corso tanti pericoli.

Che belle le storie a lieto fine!

*  E V E R Y  P A T I E N T  M A T T E R S   T O  M E . ======== I had fun making this piece! At first, I had no idea what to call my Dusknoir, but I think I've finally found one. Introducing once again, Dr. Noir! As seen in the previous piece, Dr. Noir was responsible for curing a young boy's cancer when visiting hours were over. Now, the two finally meet again after several years. The young boy - now a teenager wearing a Pokémon varsity jacket - is named Keshaun. While taking his little brother home, Keshaun reunites with Dr. Noir, who's just on a leisurely stroll with his four Duskull children. His coat and buttoned shirt are torn and have seen better days, but Dr. Noir doesn't seem to mind. Dr. Noir now spends his days studying natural medicine and sheltering trainers and Pokémon who either get sick or need a rest in his turf before continuing their journeys. * T R A I N E R S  C O M E .  P O K E M O N  C O M E .  I

* Yoh-mah! Yoh-mah! And, uh... heh...! You know when I said Dr. Noir ate berries native to Fairchild Island while wandering around the Orange Archipelago? Apparently, his growth didn't stop back then. Now Dr. Noir's triple the size of a normal Dusknoir. I'll, uh... let y'all do the math. ^^' Overall, this piece was a blast to make, and I'd really like to do this again real soon! Enjoy! ========

[EDIT, 9/22: Redrew Dr. Noir's head shape. A Dusknoir's head shape is actually cylindrical, similar to that of a soda can or building block of identical form.]

[EDIT, 11/9: As of the end of Dr. Noir's Duskull Adoption story arc, his backstory is going to be partly redacted over time. He doesn't actually lead a forest troop of Pokemon who shelter and heal trainers and their partners. However, Keshaun does still have ownership of him. This will be further explained as Dr. Noir's adventures develop.]

[EDIT, 1/8/22: While humans and Pokémon can still die, cancer is not exactly a present cause of death in the Pokémon world. As such, I decided to slightly edit Keshaun’s disease diagnosis. This will be explained in a future post.]

Day 559 - Yonoir | ヨノワール | Dusknoir

Yonoir is the guardian of the spirit world. It guides lost Ghost-types to their home. There, they can choose where they want to stay. The gate is open, but Yonoir is like a bouncer, if it doesn't deem you worthy, you are not getting in. It is a utopia for Ghost-types and some Dark, Psychic and Fairy types. Yonoir's stomach opens up to reveal  a miniature black hole. Yonoir eats matter and expels dark matter to attack.

Day 157 - Kapoerer / カポエラー / Hitmontop (Shiny)

This is Hollow Island, inhabited entirely by rebel Ghost-types. Brave Pokémon follow their ideals of great treasure and adventure, and take to the seas in search of this elusive place. Kapoerer glistens in the evening as serein sets upon the grass. The sun sets and Yonoir's figure appears in the shadows... A swift roundhouse kick reminds Kapoerer that he's at a disadvantage. This is a one on one fight, but he'll have to be clever in landing hits. To be continued throughout this month before Halloween. October belongs to the Ghosts.
