chat noir is an extremely notorious pirate that the king (gabriel agreste) has employed many people to catch—he’s more or less just operating petty burglary, but he’s stolen their kingdom’s greatest treasure—the black cat miraculous 

gabriel has sent the royal guards, hired assassins and everything after chat without knowing that it’s his son in order to retrieve the miraculous but they all fail

(to gabriel’s knowledge, adrien’s studying far off in another kingdom—he sent his son off so that he wouldn’t have to face the war) 

an attack against atlantis (marinette’s kingdom) from gabriel’s soldiers scatters their people, and marinette, the princess, is forced to flee and the ladybug miraculous is lost in the process

she’s rescued by chat noir 

when chat learns about the ladybug miraculous he promises to help her retrieve it before his father does

the rest of the plot is mush in my head, but here’s a couple hcs: 

marinette’s people can live on land and in the water—atlantis, before the attack, offers both options to the people living there 

her people have, to some extent, control over water

but hey!!!!! its hug day!!!!!!!!!! im so stoked its been suuuuch a long week with finals and starting going in on a summer job hunt but i’m out of new york for the next few days and im at my moms house so I GET TO WATCH HUG DAY ON AN ACTUAL TV (bc i dont have one in my apartment) so this is literally the best day ever for me

except there’s a tornado/major storm warning about to roll into effect so here’s praying we don’t lose power later

As @chickenhero explained in her post about Acta est Fabula, we started working on these Bungou Stray Dogs inspired OCs a while back.

We worked super hard on them! And we’re planning to add more characters too, but for now this is the main squad - and they all are inspired from actual writers that wrote or collected fables and novellas.
