uttanasana. i know it's not about how deep you get. but the vain part of my ego really likes the fact that i can easily touch the floor without being warmed up. in fact i can stand on a step and touch the one below with ease and without bending my knees.

Yoga Challenge Day 4
It was kind of hard for me to complete this challenge this morning, my mind and heart weren’t really in it. I know during yoga you aim to let go of outside distractions and thoughts but they stuck around and affected my mindset.
Nonetheless its done, I hope tomorrow will be better!

Yoga challenge day 3
Another strength video, but today was more like stamina strength rather than body weight strength. Thoroughly enjoyed the video, even broke a mild sweat, although that may have been from the tea I was drinking just before. I feel good! Ready for my workout today!
Yoga Challenge Day 2
The video for today was on Yoga Strength!
Strength training with dumbbells is NOTHING compared to body-weight strength. I really struggled with a lot of these movements.
I’m going to try to incorporate these exercises into my fitness regimen a little more often, and perhaps play the video again later this afternoon.
November Yoga Challenge day 1!
I was in a bit of a rush this morning so I dont think I gave myself 100% focus in preparation for today's challenge. But it is complete! I don't know my measurements, I'll have to get those on Monday. Excellent video though! Really helped me to see where I need improvement on my flexibility and overall stretch.
