So tonight's death by #deadlift called for 3@90% 2@95% and 1@100% but to estimate the 100% so based on how the 2 reps moved I decided to go for 280kg 10kg jump on the max test I did 4 weeks ago. So this is in the middle of preparatory block, before the heavy work starts. First week back after almost 8 weeks no training, cutting and working just to get in shape before even thinking about coming back to #powerlifting. Tonight tried 5x5@100kg high bar 5 second eccentric with a 2 second pause #squats.
