So tonight's death by #deadlift called for 3@90% 2@95% and 1@100% but to estimate the 100% so based on how the 2 reps moved I decided to go for 280kg 10kg jump on the max test I did 4 weeks ago. So this is in the middle of preparatory block, before the heavy work starts.
