I'm thinking 9 would definitely be horrible all around. There would be some interesting conversations in both 1 and 6 but I'd be worried that SHL and LMY would either start fighting or making out, and being in the middle of that would be... Not great for 8 hours.

Number 8 could be good in theory? But I think LBH would give me a death stare if I tried starting a conversation with SQQ and the pda may be too much.

I think the best spots are 2 or 4 if you want someone more quiet, but they're aisle seats which kind of suck on a longer flight.
