SUPPER: YES PLEASE PERTH: Charcoal seared flank steak, mushroom purée, pickled onion, asparagus, radish, red wine jus (aud34); Chargrilled braised lamb ragu, pasta, goat’s curd, lemon, chives, parmesan (aud28); Layered ruby chocolate mousse tart, strawberry and mango sorbet, milk solids (aud15) from Yes Please Perth, Northbridge (Jan ‘19). All dishes were delicious - we scraped the plate clean - flank steak was juicy and mushroom purée was sensational. The strawberry and mango sorbet was 👌🏻. Can’t say enough good things about this place! One of my favourite new restaurants to open in 2018 and my top place to eat for supper in Perth. Their mains and desserts are always on point - haven’t been disappointed in any of my three visits. Cookies and cream parfait, Oreo wafer, hazelnut praline; aud12 from Yes Please Perth, Northbridge. Menu on @perthfoodmenu The parfait was creamy and smooth. Love that it isn’t too sweet (don’t normally order cookies and cream things coz it’s usually too sweet) so that was a huge plus. The crunchy hazelnut praline tied everything up together. 😋 It’s not often that a place does both savoury and sweets well - but glad to report that the savoury (wagyu beef burger & lamb shoulder) and sweet (this cookies and cream parfait) dishes ordered here were outstanding. Do give them a try if you haven’t been yet! These guys open till late (2am Sun-Thurs and 3am on Fri-Sat)!
